Privacy Policy
Website operator: Wiki LP.
Contact details: [email protected].
Overview and scope
This policy explains how camsite.wiki handles information on the directory, its model profile pages and its contact forms. It covers visitors, people described in profiles and people who send requests. Public browsing does not require an account, and the public website has no purchases, subscriptions, published comments or media uploads.
Information collected and its sources
Profiles contain publicly sourced model information, such as nicknames, available profile attributes and recorded broadcast activity, together with prepared photographs and references to available videos. This information is displayed to visitors as part of the directory.
When you submit a support, copyright or removal form, we store the details you supply. Depending on the form, these include your name, reply email, subject, message, model nickname, relevant URLs, removal reason, declarations and typed signature. We also record the submission time and the request’s review and delivery status. Please do not include unrelated sensitive information.
Website requests expose technical information, such as your IP address and browser information, to the hosting infrastructure. The application uses an IP-derived rate-limit identifier to limit repeated form submissions and protect administrative access. Hosting infrastructure may also process request logs for operation and security.
Model suggestions store the submitted nickname, submission time and review status. A submission key prevents accidental duplicate requests. Suggestions do not require an email address and are not emailed.
The temporary comment interface does not transmit or store the text you enter. The message “Your comment is awaiting moderation.” is an interface acknowledgement only; there is no moderation queue. Do not use this interface for support or removal requests.
How information is used
Information is used to present and maintain the directory, handle inquiries, assess corrections and removal or copyright reports, reply when appropriate, and protect the website against abuse. Form submissions are saved for administrative review. Email delivery is disabled for this local version. The website does not publish your contact-form submission as a public comment.
Disclosure and service providers
Public profile information and photographs are visible to website visitors. The operator and the services used to host the website can process stored information to operate the service and handle requests. If a request is forwarded by email, the email service also processes its contents. Information may be disclosed where required by applicable law or necessary to address a legal claim.
Profile photographs are served by this website. When you choose to play a video, your browser connects directly to Recu’s video delivery service. That service receives technical request information, including your IP address and browser information, to deliver the stream. This website does not store a local copy of the video. This policy does not govern the separate provider’s processing.
Cookies and tracking
Public browsing and contact forms do not require a visitor account or an application session cookie. Administrative login uses cookies for login security and an authenticated session. You can control or block cookies in your browser; blocking them may prevent administrative login.
This website does not embed third-party analytics, advertising scripts or externally hosted fonts. Video playback involves the separate delivery service described above.
Storage and retention
Profile information is kept to maintain the directory and process corrections or removal requests. Inquiry records and their handling history are stored for review and follow-up. There is no automatic deletion schedule for inquiry records in the current service. Contact the operator to ask about retention or request deletion; a request may need to be assessed against applicable recordkeeping obligations or unresolved claims.
Your privacy requests
Depending on the law applicable to you, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict or object to processing, or obtain a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you may be able to withdraw it. You may also have the right to complain to a competent data protection authority.
Use Contact Us to make a privacy inquiry or request. Provide enough information to identify the record involved; we may need to verify your identity or authority before acting. For a model profile or specific media, use the removal form. Please do not send identity documents unless specifically requested through an appropriate channel.
External services and policy changes
Other websites and services apply their own privacy policies. Review those policies when you use them. Updates to this policy will appear on this Privacy Policy page as the service and its data practices change.
